THIRD COAST RETURN POLICY

Updated for 2025

At Third Coast, we want you to love your gear as much as you love your North Shore beach days. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with the tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hats (final sale)

  • Final Sale items

  • Preorder items (paid in advance and fulfilled on the delivery date provided)

Refund Method

We offer store credit or exchanges only for eligible returns. A $10 return label fee will be deducted from the value of your store credit.

Holiday Return Window

Orders placed November 1 – December 31 are returnable through January 15.

Return Shipping

We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your store credit using standard processing timelines.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please email photos and your order number to hello@thirdcoastofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.
