THIRD COAST SHIPPING POLICY
We’re a small but mighty team. Most orders are packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 7-10 days of purchase. Preorders ship on the delivery timeline noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on what you select at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address—we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, and packages damaged in transit.If this happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We’ll help guide you if needed—just email us.
Free Shipping
Orders within the U.S. over $150 ship free.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on orders shipped to: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, and Virginia. These states may change over time.
Missing a Package?
If you haven’t received your order one week after receiving your shipping confirmation, email us at hello@thirdcoastofficial.com and we’ll look into it.
