Most orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

USPS or UPS delivery typically takes up to 5 business days depending on your location.

Yes. Orders over 150 dollars ship free within the United States.

We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. Please review your address before placing your order. We cannot issue refunds for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If you need guidance, email us at hello@thirdcoastofficial.com and we will help point you in the right direction.

Yes. We offer local North Shore pickup upon request. Email us to coordinate.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Hats and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Preorder items are paid in advance and are not eligible for cancellation.

Email hello@thirdcoastofficial.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label. A 10 dollar label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Yes. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are returnable through January 15.
